ILIPS Group International 36th Year 1972 ~ 2008 "The Gift of Truth Excels All Other Gifts..." ~ Buddha |
From The Editor: We have a stalker here in the Fishlake Valley, Nevada, and a number of corrupt individuals also in this area, to deal with in Law while using the Law properly to take this pack of weasels down, therefore we were up and operational, but not posting since the 7th of May while preparing for and actually being on the road, to Las Vegas, Nevada, to file three new Federal complaints, two of those having to do with ILIPS Group International. Aviation & Marine USA does expect interuptions in service while we attend to litigation, however, we are back on the job and hope to have less interuptions in the near future of the variety we just had. Stay tuned to ILIPS Group International and Aviation & Marine USA while we prepare this issue, which will feature updates from during the time we were off, to current News Affairs. Congrats to the folks at UPS ~ "Big Brown," the horse we featured just prior to the Kentucky Derby, which is named for and sponsored by United Parcel Service, won the Preakness today and is one win away from being the first Triple Crown winner in 30 years and the 11th overall. All three cases filed this past week are connected to Daniels vs RARA and can be found at Silver State News Service on the Entry Page. More updates to follow. |

News Alert! Department of Justice Released: May 22, 2008 OCCURED TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2008 UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR AND TENNESSEE COMPANY INDICTED FOR ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT VIOLATIONS KNOXVILLE, TN A federal

Professor Emeritus at The University of Tennessee, and
Atmospheric Glow Technologies Inc. (AGT), a
Knoxville-based technology company, with conspiring to
defraud the U.S. Air Force and disclose restricted U.S.
military data about Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), or

obtaining the required U.S. government license or

Front Page Correction Statement: Messier-Bugatti Performing Well on Boeing 787 Dreamliner SEATTLE, May 21, 2008 -- Boeing Communications erroneously told a Seattle-based reporter earlier this week that Messier-Bugatti, a French company and one of two partners providing electric brakes for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, was experiencing difficulty meeting its production commitments. This is not true. Messier-Bugatti is performing well. The challenge noted on May 19 by 787 Vice President and General Manager Pat Shanahan referred to the brake control monitoring system, which is produced by a subtier supplier to General Electric. Neither Messier-Bugatti nor Goodrich, the other brake supplier, is involved in any aspect of the brake control monitoring system. We regret the error. ### |
